I purchased my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers a few months ago (you might remember seeing them in a recent post), and have been asked a lot about them ever since. So many that I decided it was finally time to do a full write-up! I ordered them on the 28th of April and they were shipped to me by the 30th, so the shipping was really golden goose high tops quick .

I found them to fit true to size, at least for me.

They’re extremely comfortable, and only took a few hours to break in..

How durable are they?

Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they’ve held up beautifully. No glitter has fallen off, and the structure feels strong. Because they already look worn, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.

How do they compare to other sneakers?

They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose are just on another level. They have a hidden arch lift that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re crafted individually, so each pair is one of a kind. And the sparkle on mine? Stunning.

Would you buy again?

Totally! Just try not to pay full price. They’re expensive, so getting them discounted is smarter. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you get a pair you love. Mine have pink glitter, but a low-key version would also be smart.
